The Minnesota State Fair is open again, which means that most of us are gearing up to spend a full day walking around in the sun. Especially if you have kids, you’re going to need as much energy as you can get. Here are 3 tricks that can help you get the most out of your morning cup of Coffee.

  1. Drink slowly: When you drink your coffee over a longer period of time, the caffeine gradually releases into your system for a longer lasting result. So pack a thermos of Nordeast coffee to bring along!
  2. Drink it black: Milk fats actually weaken the effects of caffeine. Instead, try adding a dash a cinnamon to your cup for an extra boost of flavor.
